Purchase” means the transaction of booking, requesting, ordering or accepting Services (as defined herein) online, via email, phone, social media, website contact form, or in person, or by participating in an event involving us where Services are made available whether in person or virtual, and receiving the Services whether paid for, discounted, received through exchange or free of charge.

Services” means Site (as defined herein), Content (as defined herein), email list/newsletters, promotions, social media posts, blog posts, website materials, tools, freebies, resources, courses, guides, webinars, intuitive shamanic healing sessions, mediumship sessions, psychic sessions, animal sessions, spiritual guidance sessions, events involving us whether in person or virtual, as well as any other products or services offered on or through the Site.

Site” means vibrantspirithealing.com and any and all of its associated pages, tabs, landing pages, forms, or sub-pages, any accompanying blog(s) and any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

You” or “Your” means the user, customer, or viewer of the Site.

In order to better provide you with the Services offered on our Site, we may collect Personal Information from you such as your:

When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our hosting platform, so that they can provide website services to us. We also share this information with Google for storage.

If you make a Purchase, one of our payment processors, Square, PayPal, and Venmo, will also collect payment information from you. You should review their privacy policies and contact them directly with any questions regarding their policies and/or how they handle your data.

All Personal Information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such Personal Information.

This website collects personal data to power site analytics, including:

We share this information with Squarespace and Google Analytics, our website analytics providers, to learn about site traffic and activity. Google Analytics does associate your IP address with other data held by Google.

If you make your personal information available to third parties through our Services, Vibrant Spirit Healing LLC is not responsible for any unauthorized use by that third party.

10. California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”)

CalOPPA requires any person or company that operates a website collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared.   • Our Privacy Policy link is titled clearly, includes the word “Privacy”, and can easily be found in the footer of our Site.

  • Users are able to change their Personal Information by emailing us.

We consider the protection of children and their privacy, especially online, to be of the utmost importance. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from nor do we specifically market to children under the age of 18.
